As Community Manager you will be reporting in to the Head of Communications and be responsible for managing communities across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube and their own website.
Responsibilities
• Being responsible for the editorial content and communities of the DECATHLON brand in the UK
• Analysing social media metrics/KPIs
• Providing insight gained from community monitoring & social media listening platforms to all teams and stakeholders
• Maintaining, develop and lead the overall social engagement strategy, tactical activity plans and measurement criteria
• Seek out new areas of opportunity and innovation
Your profile:
• An expert in the field of social platforms and social engagement
passionate about social media
• Have an understanding of how social media fits in with the wider organic performance and digital marketing mix
• Previous experience of community management and engagement across social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and YouTube. Evidence of successful activation of brand campaigns across social platforms is essential as is experience with enterprise-level social listening tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
